How fast do you reply?
I usually reply within a few working days. If the request is clear, I answer with the next practical step: a short call, an audit scope, or a reason the work is not a fit.
What does a consultation look like?
I usually work from a short written brief, then a focused consultation or audit. Smaller reviews sit in the low four-figure range, while deeper competitive audits and advisory engagements run higher depending on the number of competitors, languages and prompt sets.
Do you work in French and English?
Yes. I test French and English separately because they do not behave like mirror versions of each other. A brand can look strong in one language and nearly absent in the other.
What tasks do you not take on?
I decline mass prompt screenshots, fake review plans, reputation laundering, and generic content calendars. I also avoid promises of a fixed ranking inside any AI system. I explain the evidence, the order, and the repairs that can make a stronger position more likely.
Do you need access to our internal data?
I can begin with public evidence, competitor pages, prompt sets and search-visible material. Internal context helps later, especially for positioning and category language, but I do not need private dashboards to diagnose the public answer pattern.
